To arrange a return, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.

Customers have 14 days to return their scarf once received. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, without any smells of perfume, smoke, cooking or pets.

Please note credits may take 10-14 days to appear on your statement.

If your goods are damaged upon arrival, please email us with photos and details and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Our products are made in small quantities and lovingly finished by hand. Therefore, it is inherent that slight variations may occur during the production and finishing process. Please be assured that all our products undergo extensive inspection in pre- and post-production, and as such, flaws are highly unlikely.
